Are KLONE Products Eligible for Return or Exchange?

Due to the nature of perfume products and safety standards, KLONE products are not eligible for return or exchange once sold.


What if My Product Is Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect?

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, leaking, or not what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order
  • Include a mandatory unboxing video and photos of the product with its original packaging
  • Email us at klonefragarance@gmail.com

We will review your claim and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Refunds for Failed Online Transactions

For failed transactions where your account was debited, refunds are automatically processed to the source account within 7 working days.
